Learn how to sell to the NSW Government with this new course
Winning government contracts can be a game-changer for small businesses, offering steady work and a chance to grow – but how can you make sure your tenders are on point. A new course has the answers.
Selling to the government could open up exciting opportunities for small businesses. With governments accounting for a whopping $3 out of every $10 spent in Australia, they’re major players in the economy. But working with government agencies can be a bit different from your usual clients—they often have extra requirements that small businesses need to meet.
To help you navigate these opportunities, the NSW Small Business Commission has launched a new course, Selling to the NSW Government.
This short and practical course is designed to boost your chances of winning government contracts by giving you the tools and know-how to stand out. In just 40 minutes, you’ll learn:
How to prepare your business to sell to government
The ins and outs of creating a Capability Statement
Tips for meeting government compliance standards
Ways to communicate effectively with government buyers
You’ll even receive a certificate of completion when you finish.
The course works hand-in-hand with the Commission’s Selling to the NSW Government guide, making it easy to build your knowledge as you go.
